Bali coffee beans are a new entry to the North American market after being sold exclusively to Japan. The production is small compared to most areas, but is becoming admired in the gourmet coffee market. These soft, dark chocolate flavor with low acidity and full body beans are because of the mineral rich volcanic soil. Also, these Bali coffee beans are "Certified Organic" using manure from local farmlands, and shade-growing. The Grower is Smallholder farmers from Kintamani.

I don’t know where my ideas come from. I will admit, however, that one key ingredient is caffeine. I get a couple cups of coffee into me and weird things just start to happen.
